We have a limited core team and recruit for specific skills.

We’re looking for people with strong engineering (CAD, design, mechanical engineering, or coding), natural sciences (physics, chemistry, geology, biology, environmental science), or communication (debate, model un, etc.) backgrounds. If you don’t have these skills in your CV, it’s fine—don’t hesitate to apply. In the end, if you are highly motivated, extremely committed, and curious, that is all we’re looking for.
