INTRODUCTION

Fishing and hunting is the removal of animals from an ecosystem for meat or sport (Understanding Global Change). Fishing is the act of catching fish from water, whereas hunting is the act of killing or trying to kill animals.

LESSON

Hunting and fishing helps with population control and carrying capacity. However, overhunting and overfishing can lead to extinction.
